Arca. The third planet to be created in the universe. Once home to gods, it soon became a world of mortals. While some thrive with wealth and technology, others survive on little more than essential resources. But with some still able to harness the power of the gods, an ancient organisation has slowly seized control. The Mardern strive to eradicate those who threaten them, using their own power against them, enslaving the minds and bodies of the most vulnerable. But killing children in the streets, aggressive social control, propaganda, and genocide, has led to a rise in resistance.

As a minority of powerful Huido (mortals possessing the powers of the gods) begin to emerge, Dark and Powerful Ssada (counterparts equally as powerful) combine to stand against them. With the mardern pulling the strings, an ancient power struggle ensues, and history begins to play out once more.

While the huido fight to survive the threat of the Mardern, Ssada clans massacre all who stand in their way. With many innocent lives being lost, Unlikely allies combine forces to protect all that they hold dear. But with little to separate opposing forces, a race to acquire the eight books of Boshio begins.

The only known source of an ancient wisdom, told to bestow upon the reader the full power of the gods, the ancient Books of Boshio are hidden and lost among tombs of the ancients. Spread far and wide across the many kingdoms, territories and cities of all Arca, the Boshio can only be found by those wise, strong, and cunning enough.

This epic game of combat, strategy, fate and fortune requires each player to lead a team of unlikely heroes on a quest to acquire the ultimate power before their opponent.

• Recruit misguided villains and unfortunate heroes along the way.
• Draw rewarding and merciless cards to reveal your fate.
• Gain individual and collective powers as you venture forth.
• Visit infamous locations and landmarks and unearth local secrets and royal customs.
• Risk it all against man and beast as you engage in individual and team battles.

There are few ways to emerge victorious; either destroy your opponents, or deliver the Boshio safely to the Sacred Temple. Either way, you must survive. The lives of your loved ones depends upon it!
