Why go it alone?

Most of us started out by self publishing, managing, marketing and funding, but found it to be exhausting, expensive and ultimately counterproductive.

Purchasing software, Subscribing to service providers, Building and maintaining a website, Producing artwork and creatives, Building a mailing list, Posting on social media, Producing videos and audio, while writing, editing, re-writing, testing, evaluating and eventually publishing a story that took weeks, months, and sometimes years to write, is less than ideal.

Spending months seeking out multiple literary agents, waiting indefinitely for responses, receiving multiple rejections only to start again, living in hope of some day landing a publishing deal worth less than 4% of the net value of all your hard work, is possibly even worse.

Thankfully there is another way.

Success is no secret

Behind most if not all successful individuals, products, business, you’ll find any number of people who played some part in making it possible. Even those solo creators need somebody to provide the instruments they use, the platform they inhabit, and access to an audience. This is sometimes a reality creative individuals have difficulty coming to terms with.

To help creative individuals like ourselves, we first needed to find a way to work together. By collaborating our efforts we brought more readers to our titles, more resources to our projects, and gave ourselves more time to spend writing.

We quickly learned that the best way to produce the highest quality product and reach more readers is to collaborate with other talented individuals, provide one single space for readers to find our stories, and to share the spoils. It’s no secret that this is what works. All it takes if for us to let go and get involved.

People aren't products

When we looked deep into the business models of the organisations we were working with to publish and sell our books, we found that it wasn’t the books they were interested in. Large retailers, advertisers, manufacturers, even smaller self publishing companies all saw the author as their customer, not the reader.

We realised that if we could find alternative methods of publishing, marketing and retail we would be able to fund and produce multiple projects for ourselves and countless other authors, artists and creators. The alternative is handing over more than 90% of our value to organisation who couldn’t care less.

You could spend thousands on adverts, only to give away the majority of your income to service providers, manufacturers, and retailers. And that’s not even the worst thing about self publishing.

A Human Revolution

It was a little scary to learn just how many books in the most popular book stores around the world aren’t actually written by authors at all. Ai generated stories are fast becoming the norm, a simple money making scheme for so called entrepreneurs. This is flooding the publishing industry with generic trash that makes it more difficult and expensive for a human author to reach a single reader.

For these reasons we refuse to accept and/or publish any and all Ai generated or even ghost written stories. Our principal aim is to empower hard working and talented human creators by connecting readers with their truly original stories.

While we prefer human artists, we do accept Book Covers containing Ai generated images as long as they are unique and original and don’t infringe on any copyright.

A Creative Career

The majority of authors are restricted to writing in their spare time as a hobby. We know only too well that authors have friends, family and other interests. For that reason we poured all our resources into creating a business model that would not only reward authors for their hard work, but prioritise authors, artists and creators as the primary beneficiaries.

Our Creator Royalty model ensures that when authors become part of our family, they share in our success as virtual share holders of our organisation. With additional Performance and Reward payouts we’ve made it possible for our members to make their creative endeavours their primary source of income.

Us against the them

Our competition is actually our strength. Due to the boom in self publishing organisations, passive income promises, Ai generated content, and a low barrier to entry into the world of self publishing, there are more “authors” online than ever before. Unfortunately for readers this has meant a tsunami of Ai generated filler has made its way into stores and onto their devices. This is where you and the rest of us can help.

By coming together as honest, hard working human authors, we’re able to offer a collection of the most unique, original and highest quality stories the world has to offer. Where would you go to to find quality? A boutique or a flea market?

Thousands of readers search for new original stories on the internet every few minutes. We know what’s coming, you simply need to be there to benefit.
